Image Privacy & Security

All student portraits are stored securely and are only accessible through private, password-protected galleries. Each family receives a unique access method to view their child’s images. Photos are never made public, searchable, or shared outside of the intended recipients.

We do not sell, distribute, license, or use your child’s images for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes without explicit written permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Only authorized parents or guardians are able to view and purchase images of their child.

Use of Images

All images remain the intellectual property of Athletic Portraits ATX. By purchasing prints or digital files, families are granted a personal-use license. This means:

• Images may be printed for personal use

• Shared with family and friends

• Posted on personal social media

Images may not be used for commercial purposes, resale, or advertising without written consent.

Ordering & Payment

All orders are placed online through our secure checkout system. Payment is required before any prints or digital files are released or produced.

Because each product is custom-made, all sales are final once an order is submitted.

If there is a production issue, printing error, or defect, we will gladly replace the affected item at no additional cost.

Digital Proofs

Preview images are provided for viewing purposes only. Final printed products are professionally processed for color, clarity, and quality. Minor variations between screen previews and printed products may occur due to monitor settings and print materials.

Data Protection

We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties. All personal data—including names, email addresses, and order details—is used strictly for order fulfillment and communication related to your purchase.
